Hello Boone! Today is the Latin Hispanic Alliance x F.A.R.M. Cafe Kitchen Share! On the menu we will have 2 soups - Caldo de Res, a traditional, hearty Mexican beef and vegetable soup and Sopa de Lentejas (Lentil soup). The entree is Enfrijoladas - a traditional Mexican comfort food made w/tortillas and filled w/ chicken or pinto beans. Sides will include traditional staples of red beans and fried plantains! Yum. So come on in and let's support the LHA together!
