Hello Boone! Today is the Latin Hispanic Alliance x F.A.R.M. Cafe Kitchen Share! On the menu we will have 2 soups - Caldo de Res, a traditional, hearty Mexican beef and vegetable soup and Sopa de Lentejas (Lentil soup). The entree is Enfrijoladas - a traditional Mexican comfort food made w/tortillas and filled w/ chicken or pinto beans. Sides will include traditional staples of red beans and fried plantains! Yum. So come on in and let's support the LHA together!

Good morning Boone! Start this week off strong with some delicious Shepherd's Pie! We'll be serving Orange Ginger Bok Choy Soup, Chili Verde Chicken Chili, Lentil and Lion's Mane Shepard's Pie for our vegetarian folks, Lemon and Herb Glazed Beets and Sweets, and Apple Slaw.
