Some of you may have heard that Chef Shane is transitioning into new opportunities at the end of this week. No words can express our Gratitude for all that he has done for our community. So instead, we invite everyone to come and CELEBRATE Shane next Tuesday, September 29th! It will be a real tearful good time! And today, Shane is bringing you a Boone favorite - Orange Chicken or Tofu! Non-fried Rice, Sesame Ginger Kale Salad, cookies and Thai Iced Tea are your sides! We are back! Yesterday's Small Bites for a Big Cause fundraiser was a huge success and we are happy to report that there are many that care about feeding people as much as we do. Our hearts are full as we serve up todays meal with some Cavatappi Alfredo Pasta with your choice of Local North Fork Farm's Sausage and Garden Veggies or Local High Country Fungi's Lions Mane Chickpea and Garden Veggies.
