Pete's in the kitchen working on one of his emerging specialties -- Pupusas! Never tried one before? It's the perfect day for it! Pupusas are stuffed corn cakes widely recognized as the national dish of El Salvador. Believed to have originated with the indigenous Pipil tribe over 2,000 years ago, pupusas can feature a variety of fillings. Today's pupusas are filled with your choice of Beef or Refried Beans and served with housemade salsa and crema. Come on down, y'all, we open at 11!
